Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement to Terms
By using the G4Broker platform and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Brokerage Services
G4Broker acts as an independent insurance broker. Our role is to provide you with advice and assist you in obtaining insurance coverage from various insurance companies. We do not issue insurance policies ourselves; policies are issued by third-party carriers.
3. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to us. Inaccurate or withheld information may lead to the cancellation of your policy or the denial of a claim by the insurance carrier. It is your duty to disclose all material facts.
4. Payment of Premiums
Insurance premiums must be paid in full by the due date specified. Failure to pay premiums may result in the immediate cancellation of your insurance coverage by the carrier. We are not responsible for any gaps in coverage due to non-payment.
5. Limitation of Liability
G4Broker provides insurance advice based on the information provided by you and the terms offered by carriers. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee that any specific insurance coverage will be available or that a claim will be paid by a carrier.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by insurance carrier. Mid-term cancellations may result in short-rate penalties as determined by the carrier. Brokerage fees, if applicable, are generally non-refundable.
7. Professional Advice
The information on our website is for general information purposes only and does not constitute legal or professional advice. You should consult with a licensed broker for specific advice tailored to your situation.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province in which our services are provided.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
